3. User Clip Submissions & User-Generated Content (UGC)

Most Viral Today invites creators, eyewitnesses, and videographers to submit viral video clips, photographs, stories, and commentary (“Submissions”). By submitting, uploading, tagging, emailing, or pitching content to us:

• Ownership Warranty: You represent and warrant that you are the sole creator and 100% legal copyright owner of the Submission, or have obtained all necessary written licenses, releases, and permissions from all individuals appearing in or audible in the material (including parental/guardian consent for any minors).
• Worldwide Irrevocable License: You grant Most Viral Today, WooGlobe Ltd, and our syndication partners an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, stream, reproduce, edit, re-format, translate, excerpt, monetize, distribute, broadcast, and syndicate the Submission across any digital, broadcast, or social platforms now known or hereafter devised (including but not limited to MSN, Yahoo, Apple News, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, television networks, and partner networks).
• Moral Rights Waiver: To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, you irrevocably waive all moral rights (including rights of attribution and integrity) in connection with the Submission.
• No Infringement: You warrant that your Submission does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary right of any third party; does not depict illegal acts or gratuitous violence; and is not defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
• Indemnification: You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Most Viral Today, WooGlobe Ltd, and our distribution partners against any claims, liabilities, damages, and legal costs arising from any third-party claim alleging that your Submission violates any copyright, privacy, or proprietary right.

4. Anti-Scraping & AI Model Mining Restrictions

We strictly prohibit unauthorized automated extraction of our content. You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Use any automated robot, spider, crawler, scraper, data-mining tool, script, or algorithmic process to collect, scrape, index, or extract data, video URLs, captions, metadata, or articles from the Service.
• Use, ingest, or process any video, image, text, transcript, ranking, or slide content from Most Viral Today to train, fine-tune, evaluate, validate, or prompt any artificial intelligence, machine learning model, large language model (LLM), or neural network without our express prior written commercial license agreement.
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any technological measure, security protection, rate limit, or digital rights management system deployed on the Website.

Any unauthorized scraping or ingestion for commercial use or AI model training will be treated as willful copyright and contractual infringement, and we reserve all legal remedies under statutory and common law.

5. Editorial & AI Content Disclosure

Most Viral Today is committed to editorial integrity, factual transparency, and high journalistic standards. In accordance with modern digital publishing best practices:

• Our editorial workflows may incorporate artificial intelligence and automation tools to assist with data aggregation, research compilation, initial drafting of carousel captions, and illustrative renditions.
• All published stories, slideshow cards, and video packages are reviewed, verified, and approved under human editorial supervision before publication.
• Where illustrative graphic renditions or ambient backdrops are digitally generated or augmented with AI, they are designed to complement authentic footage and are identified in editorial credits.

6. Third-Party Players, Embeds & External Links

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOST VIRAL TODAY AND WOOGLOBE LTD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MOST VIRAL TODAY, WOOGLOBE LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS OR FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY BRITISH POUNDS (£50.00) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, proceedings, or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
